Le CIP – pour Comité Interprofessionnel de la Pintade – est le comité de la pintade française de l’interprofession nationale des volailles de chair, reconnue par les pouvoirs publics. Il regroupe les éleveurs, les accouveurs et les sélectionneurs, les fabricants d’aliments, les abattoirs et la distribution. Son principal objectif est de promouvoir la filière française de la pintade et de veiller sur la qualité du produit, de garantir, en somme, le bon goût et le goût du bon !
Nous veillons à préserver les spécificités de la Pintade,
Nous conduisons et suscitons la réalisation de travaux visant à résoudre tout problème technique ou technologique s'opposant à un ou plusieurs maillons de la filière,
Nous conduisons des campagnes de communication et de promotion de la pintade, tant sur le marché intérieur qu'à l'exportation,
Nous encourageons toute initiative innovante permettant l'élargissement du marché de la pintade,
Nous informons très régulièrement les membres de la filière de l'évolution des différents indicateurs micro et macroéconomiques de la production et des marchés.
