Command Capital (CC) is a NC-based vertically integrated real estate firm catering to the off-base housing needs of the largest military towns in the Carolinas. Command Capital specializes in workforce housing and is well tuned to the real estate nuances of military markets having redeveloped and acquired over 150 residential properties since 2015. Thus, Command Capital is well positioned to continue to help mitigate both the off-base and affordable housing problems in the Carolinas. Our internal property management affiliate, Forward March Management (FMM) offers programing, amenities and tenant incentives not common in affordable housing communities yet designed to successfully enhance our tenants’ quality of living and thus maximize our tenant retention. Additionally, Command Capital Advisors (CCA) was formed in 2024 to formalize, scale and expand Command’s value-add investing activities. CCA accommodate private investors seeking to participate in one or a series of value-add transactions in the Carolinas or additionally diversify into other value-add transactions sponsored by CCA and its principals.
