After 17 years of being involved in real estate as an architect and developer, we have discovered that single-family rentals (SFRS) may be the solution. There are REITS that allow retail investors the opportunity to invest in real estate with minimal funds but a recent MSCI U.S. REIT Index report stated that the five-year return of U.S. REITS was at 7.58%, well below our projected returns.
We're combining our institutional underwriting and valuation experience with our architectural design skills to deliver a product to the market that is and will be in demand for years to come - well designed and innovative single-family rentals.
