Common Home is an new enterprise which partners with local authorities and other public landowners to provide truly affordable homes for sale to key workers in London. We have dramatically cut the cost of total home ownership through a combination of clever architectural design and an innovative financial structure which provides generously-sized new homes at up half that of equivalent local market values. Our system allows homes to be easily customised to meet individual needs, and is compatible with the Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015.
