Common Agency

Common Agency aims to meet today‘s social, environmental and aesthetical challenges by increasing the physical quality and cultural meaning of lived space. We believe that this requires new structures for space making, empowering architecture to restore its agency. Our ambition is to explore these new ways of space production. That is why Common Agency seeks to act as an initiator of the development, design and realization of objects, buildings and places. Considering our complex present, we approach projects holistically and integrate economic, ecological, social and aesthetic aspects from the beginning into the conceptual process. Common Agency is an architecture practice that goes beyond the traditional boundaries of the discipline founded by Hans von Bülow, Julian Meisen and Cornelius Voss.
