About Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT)
Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT)is a nationwide 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that administers affordable Third-Party and First-Party Pooled Special Needs Trusts (PSNTs). CCT’s mission is to provide PSNTs for people with special needs while protecting their government benefits such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid. CCT has served over 1,800 clients and manages more than $70 million in funded trusts. CCT acts as the trust administrator ensuring that disbursements are prompt and for the benefit of the Beneficiary with the objective of enriching his or her quality of life. CCT was founded in 1990 by parents of children with special needs alongside concerned professionals. CCT is managed by a Board of Directors. composed of at least two members who are related to an individual with special needs, legal and financial professionals, and experts who work in the special needs field.
