CommuniCare Advantage is a caring and professionally run provider-owned Medicare Advantage–Prescription Drug (MA-PD) plan. A partner of CommuniCare Health Services, which is a leader in post-acute care, CommuniCare Advantage (CCA) provides accessible and affordable health insurance for special needs populations as defined by CMS.
