The CEC executive project managers each have over 30 years of experience in the construction and engineering field. Our project engineers and designers are responsible for both the design phase of their project, and the construction administration phase, in order to provide continuity to our customers during the construction process. CEC can provide professional engineering services ranging from investigative studies, conceptual design, construction document development and bidding support services, through construction administration, construction management, and commissioning. We can support, or fully develop, detailed business cases to support project approval or funding. Our engineering team can effectively work within the framework of the Client’s team – architects, structural engineers, civil /geo-tech engineers – or we can provide a fully-integrated team of engineers and designers to support the needs of the customer and project.
