Communihub

Communihub was developed in partnership with Conestoga College Centre for Entrepreneurship to solve a real operational challenge. The Centre was manually managing client & subject matter expert meetings using spreadsheets - coordinating schedules, facilitating connections, and tracking interactions. Staff were spending hours each week on administrative tasks that didn't scale. We built Communihub to automate this entire process. Now their clients can directly book time with vetted experts through the in-app booking system that integrates with Outlook and Google calendars. Since deployment, Communihub supports hundreds of CEC clients and SMEs and has facilitated over 100 meetings, helping clients move ideas closer to validation and commercialization while freeing up staff time. Other potential use cases for Communihub include organizations running a closed customer community. Like Slack or Discord, you could run your private community on Communihub but with the added feature of enabling your customers to easily book time with your product and support teams through the in-app booking system.
