Founded in 2024, Communities Care is a youth-led nonprofit grassroot organization in Canada. It is dedicated to bringing youth together in our community, tackling barriers that young people face, and providing support and resources. Since our establishment, we've embarked on numerous endeavors, touching the lives of over 700 young individuals through various events and drives. We take pride in our commitment to making a tangible difference, having distributed over 600 kindness kits to youth in need across shelters and immigration centers.
Led entirely by youth from the Toronto area, our team embodies the spirit of resilience and determination. We understand the challenges and aspirations of our peers firsthand. We are not just advocates for youth; we are youth ourselves.
