Community Collaboration of Delaware (CCD) is driven by a passionate and dedicated team of individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our local communities. We serve the New Castle area with our CARE program which provides comprehensive case management services in a supportive, structured, monitored, and accountable recovery home environment. Also, we offer programs for underprivileged youth which includes a free Before & After School Program and a free Summer Camp at our local elementary school, Carrie Downie.
