Since 2009 Community Development Foundation has been struggling for Women's economic empowerment and is now recognized CDF Group of nonprofit Companies for four major initiatives to address the dire need for economic up-gradation globally. We believe in being innovative by using the latest approaches in information and communication technologies (ICTs) and identifying and resolving current challenges through active participation and engagement of key pillars from the community, civil societies, and private and social sectors at a larger scale. CDF alone has secured 50 active partner institutions and platforms which have become our “Smooth Business Partners” through “CDF’s Business Channel.” CONNECTING LOCAL WOMEN WITH GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES. As co-founders of the Global Women’s Development Network GWDN, we are majorly focusing on women’s empowerment under 10 defined development sectors. Also making progress with agreed specific indicators along with set standards for 500,000 women across the globe. This huge exercise that will enable us to move towards strong networking and partnerships. The vision of this global conference states that “No woman should be denied these choices, A Choice to know, A Choice to learn, A choice to implement, A choice to accelerate, A choice to invest and finally to be able to choose a better life by building stronger and thriving families, communities and nations”.
