Community Development Partners (CDP) is an experienced multifamily and mixed-use developer dedicated to creating and preserving vibrant housing communities. Formed in 2011 by leaders in housing development, CDP currently has projects in California, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona with plans for expansion into Washington. CDP brings a creative placemaking philosophy to an otherwise finance-driven world of affordable housing to provide higher-design housing to low-income tenants.
