Community Home Support Lanark County

Community Home Support Lanark County is a volunteer-based agency for seniors, adults with physical disabilities, and persons who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness and/or palliative diagnoses. We are a client-focused, compassionate organization that promotes independence and gives peace of mind to those who use our services. We strive to provide services that help our clients continue to reside in their own homes and remain a part of their community. Volunteers are the heart and soul of our agency. Our programs thrive on their dedication and professionalism. Whether it’s transporting someone to a medical appointment in another town or sitting with someone in their home, our volunteers are there for our clients.
