Community Physician Group (CPG) is a medical group of primary and specialty care providers based in Missoula, Montana dedicated to improving the health of our communities. With over 90 medical providers and over 30 adult and pediatric specialties, our providers care for patients in Missoula, Lolo, Stevensville and provide specialty outreach clinics to communities throughout Western Montana. In addition, CPG provides services such as 24-7 Nurse on Call and FirstCare walk-in clinics. CPG is part of Community Medical Center who is a joint venture with LifePoint Health and Billings Clinic.
