Founded in 1957, Community Planning and Engineering (CP&E) has engineered creative, cost-effective designs for respected clients from both the public and private sector throughout the State of Hawaii for six decades. CP&E offers a comprehensive spectrum of civil engineering, design, and construction management capabilities, which are applied to venues ranging from single facilities to entire districts.
