About UNC Center for Community Capital
For 20 years, the UNC Center for Community Capital has been known as a rigorous, relevant, and responsive research and evaluation partner for foundations, intermediaries, and financial institutions. We investigate how mortgage markets and financial products and services can better promote financial security and economic opportunity for low-income and working American households. A multidisciplinary team of academics and practitioners brings broad perspective and expertise to the work of examining how financial capital flows through U.S. households and communities. We are part of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's College of Arts and Sciences are a Center for Urban Regional Studies affiliate.
