Community Preservation Partners

Our team has the experience and specialized skills to help municipalities across Massachusetts tailor their Community Preservation Act Program to meet their specific needs and to design the program that maximizes its impact on the community. Each city and town across the Commonwealth is unique in its history, resources, values, demographics, priorities, goals, and challenges. We cater our services and the work we do with each municipality in order to best meet these goals. Our services include CPA planning, program development, application review, program administration, project oversight, and program assessment.
