Community Smart Living is a technology solutions company that has developed an enterprise smart automation, connected-community platform for multi-family residential buildings, owners, property managers and residents.
We are on a mission to connect communities through seamlessly smarter buildings. Our team’s roots are in delivering 24/7 customer service and supporting businesses’ critical assets. We take a holistic engineering approach, focusing on design, usability, safety, security and privacy protections, and implementation – in addition to the smart automation aspects.
We have ground up experience in designing and installing smart home automations for Multiple Dwelling Units (MDUs) and detached homes. Since 2017 we have assisted in deploying over 1,000 units for Smart Condo Building Developers and have designed and installed over 150 custom home ‘smart automation’ premium packages.
