ONE-IN-FIVE TENTS ARE ABANDONED AT EU MUSIC FESTIVALS - that’s 750,000 tents sent to landfill or incineration EACH YEAR. Where they either never break down, or worse, leach toxins into the environment. Yet many of these tents are just used once! The Comp-A-Tent is designed for consumer behaviour, tailored to festival waste streams. It’s an alternative to cheap ‘own brand’ tents that are frequently bought specifically for festivals. The Comp-A-Tents are made from bio-based or highly recyclable materials which are selected for their minimal environmental impact and ability to be reused or recycled.
