Company Bakery was co-founded in Edinburgh in 2017 by four friends and business owners connected through the world of food & drink. Each of us was looking for first-rate sourdough to serve to our customers. Working together, we set up a bakery that could supply high quality breads to like-minded hospitality & retail businesses, 7 days a week. From day one, our ethos has been focused on quality. Using a blend of Scottish-milled flours and a local wild yeast starter, our first step was to develop what would become our multi-award winning Signature Sourdough loaf. Today, our talented team of bakers use traditional craft skills and top-notch ingredients, for our range of delicious breads and pastries.
