This is the Swedish word for easy, handy or useful (han·dig (adjective, adverb) 1. a useful tool, 2. easy to use). It is also a play on the roots of the company. The word "hendig" means "easy" in the South of the Netherlands and is used in many different expressions. Dè minne gai nie? Des hendig! We believe in effective design without too much fuss. Our furniture pieces are focussed around working from home and using space flexibly. Office furniture that you can assemble and disassemble easily without the use of screws, glue or tools. No matter the size of your space, Händig furniture can fit into your kitchen, living room or bedroom and turns it into an office instantly. This is ideal if you want to use your space flexibly. With the same ease, you are able to disassemble our furniture and store away the pieces. We design and produce our products ourselves from our workshop in the Netherlands, which allows us to incorporate our user's needs and feedback quickly and enables us to manage our stock efficiently.
