As a relational specialist trained in Nonviolent Communication I work with individuals, couples, families, organisations, teams and leaders creating conflict systems and environments where people can thrive.
Relating with ourselves and one another is woven through the fabric of our human existence. Sometimes painful and challenging, at other times, joyful and connecting. Wherever we are, on our own, in the work place or with our partners or families we navigate life in each moment in an attempt to meet our needs. Nonviolent Communication helps to get clear what these needs are making steps towards meeting them.
We have collectively & individually learnt specific ways of relating that are not always life serving...they show up habitually & we can defend them to the hilt as this way of relating props up the current dominant culture we have created! Together we can shine a light on these and replace them with the Nonviolent Communication Framework that, with practice, can bring repeated clarity, connection and empowerment.
