Compass Creative Dramatics

Compass Creative Dramatics specializes in bringing theatre to the places where kids already learn and play: schools, churches, youth centers, and other community organizations. We provide a unique educational experience for students by bringing a professional theatre performance opportunity directly to the children's school or organization. The students are given an opportunity to work alongside two professional actors in a full on-stage production, engaging them in the process and providing an opportunity for intelligent dialogue and additional resources. This process of teaching by example provides the tools and experience necessary so that our students can, in turn, learn to lead by example. The CCD program is designed to purposefully and intrinsically build character, instilling trustworthiness, respect, and responsibility while students stretch their muscles of creativity and bravery through the art of theatre.
