Compass Distillers is a true grain to glass distillery, starting all of our spirits from raw ingredients. We make world class spirits from local ingredients. We first fired up the still in July 2017 and opened the bar in November 2017.
We also operate a Bar / Sales area, and an AirBnB listed boutique motel suite.
