Compass Employee Management Solutions cc (CEMS) is a wholly Namibian company which markets and supports world class people management software solutions. Established in 1998, and operating as PAYMED, the company initially focused on payroll and medical software solutions before joining with Compass Accounting Systems in 2000, to expand it’s offerings to include IT support in the Accpac Accounting System Environment. In 2002 a decision was taken to position Compass as a company specializing in employee management solutions – thereby focusing the approach on a single market segment. Today, Compass is a leading specialist service provider in the employee management solutions arena, with service excellence as a core value in our approach to customer relationship management.
