Compass Evaluation and Research is a small woman-owned and operated evaluation and research firm. Our primary functions are to conduct and manage collaborative utilization-focused program evaluations and social science research studies. We offer a full array of program evaluation and research services to inform decision-making and strategies, identify opportunities for change and improvement, and measure outcomes, effectiveness, and impacts. We also provide a menu of support services such as grant-writing; evaluation training, coaching, and technical assistance; data collection and management; and project management. All of our services are designed to meet clients where they are and help them move where they want to go efficiently and effectively.
