Compass Sea School Ltd, located at Inverness Marina on the beautiful Moray Firth, offers first class professional tuition in all aspects of water and shorebased RYA Motor Cruising & Powerboat courses from Level 1 through to Advanced Instructor training. In addition we offer commercial training and examinations for those involved in the marine industry on a professional basis.

Compass Sea School brings together a professional team of instructors, trainers and examiners, who all have a significant background in watersports tuition in many disciplines. Additionally the majority of our instructors have operational experience in search and rescue with the RNLI.
The combined experience of our instructional team equates to over 80 years making the school one of the most experienced training centres in the country.
