He specializes in business startups, business plans, internal controls, budgeting, cash controls as well as complex tax preparation. Erich Toncre MS, MBA Erich a full time professor at Rutgers University Business School of Marketing. He brings to Compass Strategies Group leading edge expertise in marketing for both retail and personal service based small businesses.
