Competent Maritime Professionals and Sea Staff (COMPASS) Training Center, Inc. is a Filipino-owned corporation established in 2009 through the shared initiative of maritime professionals and practitioners. Their collective vision was to establish a world-class maritime training center aimed at enhancing the competency and skills of Filipino seafarers to meet global standards.
