Compassion SA

Compassion SA is an registered NDIS provider that provides disability care services for individuals with disabilities in South Australia. With a team of professionals, including Specialist Support Coordinators, Support Coordinators, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, which all have extensive backgrounds in psychology, nursing, social work, mental health, and allied health management. Our approach to care is centered around the client, with a focus on ensuring that they have choice, control, and independence in their care. Compassion SA's services include core supports, support coordination, and a range of other disability care services aimed at improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. We provide assistance in connecting with informal, community, and funded supports to maximize a participant's plan and help them achieve their goals. We also offer help in building the skills needed to understand and use a participant's plan, a mix of supports aimed at increasing capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently, and be included in the community, and assistance in managing challenges in a participant's support environment.
