Compassionate Behavior Analysis

Families find us when they are looking to support their neurodiverse and neurotypical kids and teens with executive functioning, academics, comprehension, emotion regulation and anxiety. Our approach integrates exposure and response prevention with skill building so that our clients learn to 'do the hard thing willingly.' Some practitioners find us when they are looking for consultation and training in building more flexible and expansive language and communication repertoires in their clients. This involves training in relational frame theory, instructional design, and precision teaching. These components form the foundation for designing the therapeutic context, (re)designing cognitive behavioral skills' instruction, or designing individualized instructional sequences in imitation, instruction following, transitioning, functional communication etc. Other practitioners find us when they're looking to improve their own flexibility repertoires as professionals seeking meaning and fulfilment from their practice. This might involve coaching and skill building in specific practices that promote self-awareness, self-reflection, self-care, and self-regulation. Or, it might involve transforming the function of limiting patterns of thinking into adventure and discovery.
