Compassionate Path Therapy

At Compassionate Path Therapy, I believe the client is the expert in their own suffering and I will walk alongside you on your journey to self-acceptance and compassion. I use a mix of therapeutic lenses which include Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with a focus on Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. There is no shame in asking for help. There is no shame in feeling negatively towards the mistakes you made although releasing shame will allow you to work towards a healthier self-concept and towards compassion for yourself and others.
