Our mission is to help adults and adolescents living in Helsinki to find their direction in life. We offer high quality individual and couples therapy sessions in English, Finnish, Swedish, Spanish, Dutch, German and Italian. We can also provide lectures, workshops and training on a number of topics for both healthcare professionals and other clients. We also offer clinical supervision for healthcare professionals.
