Compete Consulting Group (CCG) was founded in 2006 with the simple goal of providing a new level of competitive shipping rates, combined with superior customer service to daily shippers. While working for one of the national shipping carriers, the founders of CCG witnessed a void in the industry’s approach. Fortune 500 companies and national accounts were receiving all of the attention and financial benefits whereas the margins on the small to medium sized businesses were the highest in the industry. Our goal was to develop a plan combining competitive rates and excellent customer service. During the founders tenure in the shipping industry they observed that there was a large discrepancy in discounts between companies of similar volume and shipping characteristics. The founders decided to create a company to consult with daily shippers to ensure that they received Best-in-Class rates. Today, CCG has expanded its concept Nationwide and will continue to offer businesses competitive shipping rates previously available only to Fortune 500 companies. Compete Consulting Group has helped hundreds of companies realize an average annual savings of 15%- 30%. Our clients are not required to change carriers and there are no consulting fees or upfront costs. We are only compensated a percentage of any realized savings. We don’t get paid unless you save.
