Compete For Peace

Compete For Peace, a non-profit organization founded with the aim of promoting peace awareness among youth, hosts a competition featuring three categories corresponding to different academic age groups: elementary, middle, and high school. In recognizing that stereotypes learned at a young age can lead to prejudice and impact interactions between individuals of diverse backgrounds, Compete For Peace seeks to provide a neutral platform for students. This space allows them to share ideas for creating a more peaceful world, ultimately reducing hostilities among those with distinct identities and contributing to the development of a more harmonious society. The organization emphasizes the importance of integrating awareness into the education system, encouraging youth to utilize their artistic expressions to combat discrimination and serve as catalysts for positive change. The primary goal is to offer students a platform where they can raise awareness, think independently, and actively participate in the collective mission to coexist peacefully. Initially established in 2021 to address the enduring conflict between Palestinians and Israelis, Compete For Peace has expanded its focus beyond the regional context. Now, the organization extends its efforts to the United States, inspiring harmony among students from diverse backgrounds, encompassing religious, racial, gender, sexuality, and cultural differences.
