CASM was established by staffing industry professionals when a demand in the industry for aviation services was created after a major airline dissolved their staffing division. Left without a company to run and a critical service to provide, we recognized a void or natural “CHASM” left in the marketplace as this airline exited from the staffing business. We understand what is
important to airlines, such as CASM (cost per available seat mile), a way of measuring productivity and efficiency. However, our CASM (Complete Aviation Services and Modification) reflects our expertise and knowledge in the aviation industry and provides a very similar efficiency and value to airlines and all aviation companies. With over 75 years of combined Staffing & Aviation experience, we know talent and we know how to discover, attract, and retain a first-class workforce.
