Complete BnB is a smart technology and efficiency based short term and vacation rental management company capable of providing top notch guest experiences and customer service while providing owners and investors maximized profits. At the start of April 2022, we had 17 properties under management in Manhattan and Topeka KS, and by the beginning of July 2022 we had 40 properties in 6 states under management. In an industry that averages 20-30% of total revenue as a fee we provide a 10% flat fee on only rental revenue while providing a host of services free of charge that are generally additional charges passed on to owners.
