Complete Corporation is a Florida corporation formed and managed by David H. Charlip, a Florida lawyer experienced in all aspects of entrepreneurial business formation and growth. Charlip surveyed the existing on-line corporate formation companies and found that they failed to truly meet the needs of the entrepreneur looking to start a new venture. Instead, most of those companies charged for unnecessary services and failed to deliver the mix of legal and other services that met the consumer’s most pressing “start-up” needs. After exploring the economics of bundled services delivered in a package plan, Charlip recognized that such a concept would be both affordable for the consumer and supply significantly more value at the same or even less expensive price structure than the existing competition. Complete Corporation was formed to deliver you quick, efficient, inexpensive, cloud-based business start-up solutions for the entrepreneur.
