There is no charge for an initial meeting to discover your needs and for you to determine if our firm is right for you. Generally, following the initial interview we schedule the next Zoom meeting, which usually lasts about an hour. You will see our screen and the questions that we will be addressing so that you can follow the process we go through to develop your plan and the documents that will represent your goals and objectives. Then we send you a digital draft of the documents for you to review, and schedule the follow-up document review Zoom session. After making any adjustments, we print and ship the documents to you, with complete instructions on how to get them signed and notarized. At your option, we also provide any letters that need to be sent to banks, brokerage firms, insurance companies and other institutions or companies who have to be notified to retitle the accounts that you have at those organizations.
