The platform incorporates a very simple but extremely robust fire risk assessment tool designed to be completed by the Responsible Person or their appointed representative. Furthermore the platform provides fire safety policy documents and procedures, including emergency plans and log books as templates (simply download, fill in the blanks and save). Access to the platform is on a twelve month subscription via a unique log in code and is available 24hrs a day 365 days a year and allows a users to continually update and manage their own fire risk assessment report, as well as review their policy/procedural documentation. Full guidance is provided throughout, however to provide piece of mind we have underpinned the platform with our 'Touchstone' telephone help desk facility, which is manned by our own fire safety professionals.
