Complete Performance Centre Inc. (CPC) is Durham’s leading rehabilitation, fitness, and sports performance centre. CPC is privately owned and operated. We offer a hands-on approach with a high degree of personal service from experienced health practitioners, coaches, and trainers who are committed to helping our clients reach their full potential. Since first opening in January 2009 under the name “Complete Sports Performance”, Complete Performance Centre has grown and expanded, accepting new clients from across the GTA who utilize a wide variety of our services and programs. No matter what your fitness level or level of athletic ability, CPC offers a multitude of options for everyone, including an extensive range of group exercise classes, fitness programs, and sports performance programs to suit your individual needs. We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art strength training equipment, cardiovascular machines, and athletic training equipment. Additional services such as personal training, fitness assessments, speed and agility classes, team training, sport specific training programs, group fitness, spinning classes, Yoga and Pilates are also available.
