We work with businesses either pre or post processing. To put this in context we will either convert your paper at the point of receipt and prior to it entering your business process or scan it for archiving purposes. With pre-processing not only do we convert your paper to an electronic image we can also pull the important data from your documents with a view to populating your existing Line of Business systems with both the image and the data e.g. Scan a purchase invoice whilst capturing the information for your ledger i.e. Invoice number, date, line item detail, VAT, total etc. There is still a growing requirement for business to free up office space for more productive purposes but still have a need to gain instant access to their documents. Document scanning replaced microfilming over 15 years ago and has reached a price point that competes with off-site storage with all the added benefits of speed of retrieval and sharing of information.
