As your local family primary care doctors serving all of Brevard County, we have offices located in Palm Bay, Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach. Our Palm Bay practice is located in the heart of Palm Bay at 590 Malabar Rd SE. Our two Merritt Island practices are conveniently located on North Courtenay Parkway and North Banana River Drive in Merritt Island and our Cocoa Beach clinic is located on Minutemen Causeway in Cocoa Beach.
