Complex Problem Solving Project

Africa needs quality tools like lean six sigma and process thinking methods, for better jobs and bigger economic growth. In the scope of this project, we call these tools "complex problem-solving skills" and are shown to be the key when it comes to creating a self-sustainable economy with assured self-growth. We believe Africa deserves a source of self-growth. Most of the students can’t apply this knowledge in industrial and local processes, which limits the possibilities compared to competitors from other continents. Our mission is to develop a pilot course that aims to equip its participants with problem-solving and process thinking skills that allow them to tackle solve different kinds of problems, enhancing their operational efficiency and competitiveness in value chains. Our vision is to create the first complex problem-solving network, starting with collaborations, that will allow participants to help empower African stakeholders to address complex problems, creating impact and self-growth where is needed along the continent. - Learning this content from professionals and earning a certificate would allow them to increase their job opportunities, and with the collaboration of partners and collaborators, we will encourage young potential entrepreneurs to learn it. - This will definitely increase the investment in engineering, industrial processes and quality industries in where the project is settled up. - Quality helps to find the best of your enterprise and potentiate it
