Founded by Mark and Amy Trim, the Complex Travel Group has a focus on complex travel solutions for Australian based clients, including round the world airfares, Business Class travel, luxury holidays, tour + cruising packages and rewards point travel.

Established in 2015, QFlyer is a specialist online travel agent aimed at high-tier Qantas frequent flyer members. QFlyer consultants are experts at maximising status credit accrual on Qantas and partner airlines whilst keeping costs down.
Flat Beds was launched in 2017 to provide value-driven Business and First Class passengers real fares and real service on quality airlines.
YPremium was then launched in 2019 to provide Australian travellers with great value Premium Economy Class airfares.
In 2023, Flat Beds expanded to offer premium Tours + Cruises with the advantage of bundling flights to unlock exclusive deals and personalised value.
Our luxury brand, Onboard Luxury, launched in 2024. It’s aimed at specialising in curating unparalleled luxury holiday experiences offering bespoke journeys that reflect your personal desires.
In 2025, The Well Connected Traveller became part of Complex Travel, enhancing our concierge booking service for high-value clients. This integration also expanded our expertise into rewards travel, helping customers maximise the value of their reward programs, with a strong focus on Amex Membership Rewards.
