Affordable Housing Compliance debuted in San Diego, California January 28, 2013 under it's former name of Compliance Co-oP. Envisioned as a cooperative housing compliance consultant to assist multi-family developers, owners and management agents with regulatory compliance of federal and state programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). As alliances grew, we formalized our new relationships as the Affordable Housing Compliance Group, LLC in April 2018. While specializing in file compliance, our alliances allow an breadth of service within the continumum of affordable housing development.
