Established in 2018, Compliance On Demand is equally owned by Philip Olmer and top 25 UK chartered accountancy firm HW Fisher. The Company Board of Directors is chaired by Philip Olmer with directors, HW Fisher Partners Russell Nathan, Andy Rich and Gary Miller.
After more than 25 years as a Partner in the real estates teams at leading City of London law firms Berwin Leighton Paisner and Olswang and Nabarro, Philip joined Top 10 Global Real Estate Asset Manager AEW Europe in 2014 as Head of Legal & Compliance in London. During his four years at AEW, Philip was involved in the launch of 2 LSE Listed REITs, 3 FCA Regulated Alternative Investment Funds and numerous segregated mandates. Philip also led in-house compliance projects to ensure compliance with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), Anti-Money Laundering and the EU GDPR.
HW Fisher was founded in 1933. The firm provides expert accountancy, tax, audit, corporate and financial advisory services to high-profile entrepreneurial SMEs, partnerships, VCTs, large corporates, not-for-profits, charities, high net-worth individuals and the property sector. The firm has 29 partners and over 300 staff, allowing it to offer a partner-led, personal service that is carefully tailored to clients’ needs.
