ComplOrg is a maturity model which helps you - assess robustness of your organization's overall compliance function - evaluate maturity of the individual compliance domains - benchmark your organization against its peers - identify risks associated with the current maturity level of your compliance efforts - take compliance activities to the next level and monitor your progress - facilitate your communication with the board and other key stakeholders - improve your third-party risk management process There may be dozens of areas (domains) in your organization where compliance matters. ComplOrg is a domain-, industry- and technology-neutral model which is based on the following three assumptions: 1. A mature compliance program can mitigate risks for the organization and identify opportunities enhancing its market value 2. A weak compliance program can become an inherent risk itself for the organization 3. Well-working compliance domains can contribute to better risk management and stakeholder value if they are integrated with ESG, ERM and external reporting (ComplOrg stands for Compliance Organization Maturity Model)
