Composite Group Chelyabinsk, LLC is a research and production company engaged in development of composite reinforcing elements and production of construction composite (non-metallic) rebar and joint construction materials. Composite Group Chelyabinsk is one of the three biggest companies in Russia in FRP rebar industry. According to Owens Corning research (one of the biggest glass fiber direct roving manufacturers in the world) Russian market of glass roving for composite construction materials was equal to 20 Kilotons in 2018 comparing to 5 kilotons in USA and Canada together. It means that Russia now is the most developed country in production of GFRP products, and one of the reasons of Russia's success in this area is the Russian technology of FRP production that is different from European and American ones and much cheaper and easier. Composite Group Chelyabinsk produces high quality reinforcement FRP products with increased tensile strength and resistance to corrosion, which was enabled by use of the innovative technologies patented by the Company. High quality of the Company's products is achieved through constant quality control of all incoming raw materials for production and quality inspection of the final product. Quality control of raw materials is performed in a partner laboratory located on our production premises. All manufactured products at our Company are subject to quality inspection for external characteristics, as well as a constant selection of products are performed and qualification tests are organized in the accredited laboratories of our city. Agreements on permanent cooperation with local research laboratories are signed. Performance of reinforcement bar and mesh made by the Company allow it to be widely applied both in civil and industrial construction, as well as in strengthening bridges and road fences.
